About the factory
A1.Are you trading company or manufacturer ?
Q1:We're a self -own factory over 10 years with export license.
A2.What certification do you have? What's your standard?
Q2:We have ISO certification. Our standard is DIN, AAMA, EN, GB.
A3.Location? How to visit the factory?
Q3:Our factory locates in foshan city , China. The nearest airport to our factory is Guangzhou baiyun Airport.
Q4:Yes,we support these two service.
OEM(Original Equipment Manufacturer):Entrust the manufacturer to produce through contract ordering.
ODM(Original Design Manufacturer):The manufacturer designs and produces products according to the specifications and requirements of another company, and demands that the latter's brand name be attached for sales.
About the product
A1.Do you have any MOQ limit for order?
Q1:Low MOQ, 1 pcs for sample checking is available.
A2.What's the standard length of aluminium profiles be shipping?
Q2:The standard length of aluminium profiles is 5.85-6 meters, we can cut to a specific length as you need.
A3.What's the production time for new molds and mass production?
Q3:7-10 days to open the new moulds, mass production takes around 20-25 days for one 20 GP.
25-30 days for one 40HQ, can process urgently if you need.
A4.What kind of surface treatments can your company do ?
Q4:Our mainly surface treatments including Anodized , Powder coated , Wood grain, Polished, Brushed, Electrophoresis , ,Mill finish , Sand blasting etc.
A5.What's the thickness for anodizing? Can you do 15 um?
Q5:The normal thickness is about 10-12 um. We can do 15um and above.
A6.What color can you do for powder coating? What's thickness of powder coating?
Q6:We can do any colour for powder coating as long as you can provide the swatches. The normal thickness of the powder coating is 60-80um.
A7.What kind of deep process can you do ?
Q7:CNC, drilling, milling, cutting, welding, bending, assembling .
About the Sample
A1.Do you provide samples ? is it free or extra ?
Q1:Yes, we could offer the sample.We have self-designed mould, if you use our mould, its free.Or we can open new mould based on your drawing, it is free till your quantity reach 5 tons.
A2.How long does it take to send the samples?
Q2:The samples will be shipped within 3-5 days and will be delivered to the buyer within 7 to 15 days.
About the package
STANDARD PACKAGING:
Protective adhesive film with or without logo , skraft paper, shrink film, pearl foam, kraft paper waterproof paper , etc , pearl foam interval between each profile, plastic bag for each profile , etc.
SPECIAL PACKAGING:
We can also satisfy different clients demand in packing and container loading , Like wooden crates with-siding ironfra me for easy unloading or big hollow profiles filled with small ones in order to save space.
About the payment
Telegraphic Transfer(T/T) and Letter of Credit (L/C) are acceptable.
